Extra Lunar 13th Month of the year.
There are many time divisions of a year in world according to many Astronomical and Astrological theories. Many scriptural references and biological aphorisms are given in accordance to lunar year and solar year. The lunar year was calculate according to moon calculations revolutions of moon around earth and its indirect revolution around sun. the moon takes 28 days of its orbital revolution around earth which creates a monthly period of time cycle. This referred to as mas in Indian astrological language. 12 Masas are given 12 names basing on the star to which moon faces each month. Similarly, earth makes its rotations around itself which creates days. The perceptive movement of earth and moon around itself and around other astronomical object created differential layers of time cycles at a time day and night, phrases of moon are created. 14 phrases of moon including new moon and full moon makes 16 phrases but basically 14 phases are considered this 14 from new moon to full moon and 14 descending from full moon to new moon marks period of 28 days called month or masa in Sanskrit. New moon marks start of another month end of past month. Taking into consideration 12 lunar months are created each year as earth makes an orbital movement of 360 degrees around sun. so, one lunar year consist of 28 *12 =336 days of lunar year. But new moon or full moon comes once in month including one day more in month 12 days in year 336+12=348 days. But orbital period of moon in covering 27 stars around suns orbit is 354 days so in each star sector it takes 13 days to pass on each star whole passage of moon over 27 stars makes one lunar year. Period of 6 days falls back between lunar year and year made by earth. Keep it as A.
According to Solar year earth rotation and revolution earth take 360 days to move around sun. the orbit of earth around sun is divided into 12 zodiacal periods 12 months where in each 12-zodiac month 30 days comes. The difference between solar year and lunar year are 6 days. Keep it as B.
The astronomical period of the year basing on earth is 365 days. Earth rotation period is 24 hours, each month is of 30 days year of 12 * 30 360 days Additional 6 days of Time period A is added to solar year of 360 days in gregarine calendar making 366 days, but basing on durations of day and night in all seasons from longest day to longest night it was adjusted to 365.5 days of year.
The difference between solar orbital period and lunar orbital period Is 365- 354. =11 day keep it as C.
Considering time period C one lunar year becomes 11 days faster than solar year. Moon completes 12 rounds around earth before earth complete its round around sun. Moon in its 13th round completes 11 days already by the time solar year is completed according to geocentric theory.
In the second round of sun and earth, moon completes again 12 rounds around earth with 11 day faster than sun but with last round cycles, adding time period C/of 11 days here moon is advanced than sun to 22 days. Take this as D
Total solar days = 365*2= 730
Total Moon days =708 days difference of 22 days.
When again sun makes it third round moon advances through a period of 8days This time much before taking into consideration time period D. 22+8=30 one-month moon will be advanced than sun in its third round. The velocity of the sun and moon and earth at different times differential durations of day and night, differential spread of light on earth makes this difference of exponential 8 days of moon period. Total of 30 days for every 2.5 years is seen in-between solar and lunar year. At times it may take one-year at times it may take 3 years. on an average 2.8 years.
First or One solar year = 12 Lunar cycles
Second solar year = 12 Lunar cycles
Third solar year = 13 lunar cycles.
Fourth solar year = 12 lunar cycles.
Fifth solar year = 12 lunar cycles.
Sixth Solar year = 13 lunar cycles.
Seventh solar year = 12 lunar cycles.
Eighth Solar year = 13 lunar cycles.
Ninth solar year = 12 lunar year.
Tenth solar year = 12 lunar cycles.
Eleventh Solar year = 13 lunar cycles.
Twelfth solar year = 12 lunar cycles.
Thirteenth Solar year = 12 lunar cycles
Fourteenth solar year = 13 lunar cycles.
This extra lunar month generally falls from April to October.
But according to few other schools of thought lunar year consist of 28*12 =336days and 12 full moons 12 new moons 24 +336 = 360 days. Solar year is 365-day difference is 5 days, so for every 4 years when year is leap 20 days an extra month is formed the adjustments of these days were made as extra days in alternative months of Gregorian calendar, which prove astronomically wrong. Even the beginning of the year from January is astronomically wrong the naming of months September October November December raised from roman number Septa Seven, Octa 8, Nova 9 and Deca 10. If you trace back from September, March forms first month, March 21, forms Astrological New year.
But According to few other schools of thought lunar year comprises of 28 days 27 days of passing each star of 27 stars and 14+14 moon phrases which comprise lunar month which match with the ovulation period of eggs, ovum in female’s species and mensuration cycles of woman in humans. Thus 12 lunar months with 28days, each is 336 days of year but when considering solar year, 365 days of solar year differ with lunar year with 29 days which form extra lunar month every year. Among which 12new moons and 12 Full moons 24 days were taken extra 5 days remain which were placed as extra days in year, March 31, May 31, July 31, August 31st and Oct 31st. one day from February 30. were deducted and replaced in December 31st. this is astronomically not possible nor astrologically.
